Thanks for letting me know about the Contact page - now fixed.

As to changing the plugin name - sorry but I don't see that as an option at this time. You may have trademarked epage in the USA, but even so the plugin is totally unrelated and doesn't infringe.

It isn't called enhanced pagination, as I'm releasing a series of plugins all under the banner of 'e' - ePage, eShop, etc.

Please read. Message to Rich Pedley or any other site personnel - not a blog comment!

Your "contact me" links to a 404 page or else I'd leave the comment there. This page (http://elfden.co.uk/2008/05/27/enhanced-pagination/) uses our trademarked word (EPAGE) in the name you assigned to the plug-in you created. This could cause confusion on customers or clients and we ask you to rename the links you have that use this term. Enhanced Pagination is what it was called by Mike, so why not use that?

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, and of course there is no reason to approve this as a response to your post.

The markup produced is not in a list, whereas the pagination links are a list of pages, so should really be in a list... This plugin enables you to do that, whereas the default doesn't.
