Yes realised about the wiimotes after reading more, after 5 – 10 minutes it turns off.

Well today fitness was down to 55, but I haven’t got the boxing sussed yet, can’t hit where I aim. But dodging is getting easier!

I’ve paused a game before, put the remote down, wandered off to make myself a cup of tea and before the tea was ready the remote had switched itself off.

My fitness seems to range between 24 and 30 unless I have a particularly good or bad day.
