When I removed WordPress my intention was always to find a better way to post updates, Today I have finished the initial part of that.

I wanted a back to basics method, so utilised my exiting home network setup to write posts remotely and have them automatically uploaded, without the use of a database. But it is only a start, I need to either find a comments system I can adapt or write a fresh one from scratch.

For now I have to sort out a replacement to my ailing laptop, hopefully utilising a tablet which no longer has a touchscreen!
