I just say politely "no thank you, goodbye" and hang up on them (without waiting for any sales pitch). I have no guilt doing so, as they have just disturbed my meal. Her record is an Indian moblie phone company rep who devoted 4:50 to my daughter's cute and unintelligible gibberish.
