So 3 weeks have now passed and as you will probably have guessed UK2 have not bothered to reply. This is not good, and I’ll be moving onto the next stage in a day or so.
Have a bit more patience with newbies. Of course some of them act dumb --they're often *students*, for heaven's sake.
