I thought it about time I tested out the video on my Camera. What better way to try that and Google’s video service than with La Machine’s wonderful creation. The video’s started life as 640 x 480 avi’s. It looks like Google compresses this a fair bit, and in Flash it doesn’t look quite as good. The originals are available if anyone wants them.
The 1st video attempts to show off the snow:
The 2nd video shows some of the ‘puppeteers’ and zooms out to show the full size of the spider.
This 3rd video again tries to show the size of the thing! Plus you can catch a glimpse of where the snow really came from.
